Finnish company TripleWin Oy has developed the digital tool NOOA, which is a unique SaaS platform for leading and executing change. On Thursday NOOA won the Quality Innovation Award -competition, which is organized yearly by the Finnish Quality Association.
Quality Innovation Award is an annual international competition, which originates from Finland, and it has been organized since 2007. This year, there are 13 countries participating and the total number of applications was more than 300. Hundreds of different sized organizations from different fields have sought a professional outside evaluation and recognition from Quality Innovation Award. The Finnish winners were published on the 1st of December to a large crowd in Hotel Hilton Strand Helsinki in a party, which ends the celebrations for the 50th year of the Finnish Quality Association.
This year’s competition was high-level and there were many applications. The innovations were judged based on the following criteria: novelty value and timeliness, practicality and utilizability, systematic way of development, correspondence to the stakeholder’s current and future needs, and the improvement of technical, social or commercial performance. The winners are chosen by jury based on the recommendations from experienced evaluators and experts. NOOA stood out as an innovation, which touches upon a socially important matter of managing and leading the change in a rapidly changing digital world.
“Winning the Quality Innovation Award is very important for us and we put a lot of value on it. During the last two or three years the whole team has worked tirelessly with NOOA and this win gives us confirmation that we have succeeded in creating something unique. It will be great to keep continuing from here. As of now, NOOA has already received a strong foothold in North-America and the future prospects look great,” comments TripleWin’s CEO Tom Grönstrand soon after the win.
